Baylor Society of Physics Students is committed to promoting community among undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty within the Baylor physics department, as well as engaging with the greater physics community. We host many events throughout the semester and encourage students of all majors to join. In the last year we coordinated trips to an observatory near Waco, put together a science and faith discussion panel, went to elementary classrooms to do physics demonstrations, had an egg drop contest, participated in Relay for Life at Baylor, and hosted an APS conferece (check out our gallery to see pictures from all the events!). If you would like to join SPS or have any questions, send us a message!
